Setting Personal Goals and Targets

May 12th, 2010

Setting Personal Goals and Targets PhotoThere are several things you should keep in mind when setting your goals, they are to prevent you from being ambitious and therefore impractical. Nothing grates on you most dissatisfied with tasks or goals. We have compiled a list of tips to keep in mind during the research and reach your goals.

1. Be reasonable
Ever heard metaphor like shoot for the moon? Well don’t do that. As I said when you set goals, and not, blogs can be incredibly depressing. Goals that are impossible to obtain in this way you will not be frustrated if you can. And every time you check a lens is a great feeling.

2. Be consistent
For purpose of deciding the consistency will be essential that you get. Constantly at work is the only way you will achieve its objectives.

3. Set reminder
Maybe I should start posting sticky notes on your computer, or a place you visit frequently. Especially if it’s something that will have much work to do, let me assure you, we will end the means of escape.

4. Setting the responsibility
Get your blog friends to help with e-mail or text reminders. Not only did you create this report, you can remember, and you can get!

5. Get your readers on his blog
Many bloggers use their blogs to keep them accountable. If you start getting comments and emails to do this, you will have more chance of success. In addition, the bands of your readers in more than one community. Give them a reason to work together.

6. Take small steps
When your goals is x amount of money, or an amount of subscribers. And “X” is a number; do not try to do in a month. Just frustrated. If possible, therefore, but if you get frustrated trying to do the impossible. Divided into activities of daily or weekly goals that are achieved.

7. This stretch “more …”
Do not push your car hard to start. Ease your battles, then once you take the steam will be much easier.

8. Take time to enjoy the success
Not only get to the next target. Take time to celebrate when you achieve something.

9. Tracking your results
To see how you can be motivated to move forward. And you can see the progress. Start Microsoft Word or Excel, and update it as progress.

10. Check your progress
If you always look to the future, you will not get anything. Looking back on what you can do is to continue that push. Not achieve the ambitious; they lose sight of what you did.

11. Strategy
You can not do anything without a plan. Make sure you have a clear strategy on how to achieve the objectives. Having a more precise and detailed as possible and stick to it.

12. Have clear objectives
If you do not know exactly what you are trying to achieve, then you’ll never do. If you try to get 100ish visitors per day as a goal, not a number 100ish. You have access to 80 and think, “Hmm this is a sort of 100ish” Make clear objectives. So you can have clear results.

13. No less than yours
Do not settle for “100ish is a focused, stick to it. Do not settle for less then what your goals are. But it is certainly possible, otherwise just frustrated.

14. Refrain from reading the other objectives
I read your goals datmoney even before I wrote this post, and I was the shit … there is no way I can do that. Do not let other people download goals. Your goals are your goals, and others do not count. It’s great if you can do, but if you think the need is distracted and jealous.

15. Learning from mistakes
Maybe yours did not last year, okay, just learn from what happened. Do not go to waste; block learning for you to go further.

16. Do not demoralize the failure
Just because you do not have your goals, does not mean you are a failure. Fulfilling not a target is not much, until he worked the hardest on this. If you do not better and, if the goal was not good. Learning from the past, your goals for making new ones.

17. Set goals that will
Do not attach unnecessary goals. Each objective should be to strengthen and transform your passion. It may be difficult to lose weight or something, but let it ignite your passion for the muscle.

18. A critical analysis of your goals
Make sure everyone has a clear goal, and that is something that is really worth. If you intend to spend much time and energy it is worth the time to take.

19. Novel when it is completed
This is another way to stay motivated. Keep thinking about how amazing and wonderful as you when you reach this point. Never lose sight of the works and what will be.

20. Work for a goal at a time
Do not settle debts more than once, or you’ll end up just keeping them all. Knock on both. Some objectives will probably be the collective, so you can work on more. But if you’re a waste of time, then choose one, and gradually grow.
